When you sign up for the app for the first time, you can enter a referral code while creating your account. ⚠️ Please note: if you don’t enter it during registration, it’s too late afterwards and cannot be reversed.
At the question “Do you have a code?” you can either:

enter a referral code, or

choose the option that you don’t have one.
If you entered a code but see an error message, this may be due to:

the code format being incorrect (double-check that you copied it correctly; both uppercase and lowercase work),

a Shopmium account already created on the same phone,
-
your account being created on the website instead of the app.
After your registration, the referral offer will be automatically applied and you’ll receive a £1 bonus once your first cashback request has been validated.
