Once a cashback claim is submitted, it is typically processed by the Shopmium team within 2 business days. You can track the status of your requests under the "My Purchases" section.
If there is an issue with your request (incomplete photos, blurry receipt, etc.), you will be contacted by email and you will then have the opportunity to upload more pictures if needed. Please make sure you check your spam or junk folder since it may go there.
After your cashback is approved, the amount will be added to your Shopmium balance. When your balance reaches £10, you can request a withdrawal, which will take an additional 3-5 business days to process and transfer to your bank or PayPal account.
Please note that banks usually need a few days to process transfers (Monday to Friday). This means that you may have to wait a bit longer to see the transfer in your bank account, especially around weekends, bank holidays, and other dates when your bank may be closed.
