Banks usually need an average of 3-5 business days to process transfers (Monday to Friday). This means that you may have to wait a bit longer to see the transfer in your bank account, especially around weekends, bank holidays, and other dates when your bank may be closed.
You can also check that you haven't made any mistakes in your bank details by going to your profile > payment method. Please note our bank will only process payments to current accounts, not savings accounts.
